Born Between Two Generals is not one product. It is a portfolio of sixty-one, and one platform underneath all of them.
The temptation is to migrate every application separately. The alternative is to migrate the trust layer once. Identity. Encryption. Permissions. Audit. And let every product inherit it.
Sixty-one products in the market view. Seventy-two rows in the engine view. They are not the same list, and neither one of them is wrong.
Here is the number most decks leave out. Of those seventy-two rows, ten are deployed. Sixty are specification only.
That figure was reached by correcting an earlier, more flattering count downward. It is the reason the rest of the arithmetic deserves a hearing.
Four waves. The first one is not a product at all. It is the secure core that everything after it inherits.
Today, 423 addresses answer. Not one of them can take a payment yet. That is said first, rather than discovered.
One secure core. Many markets. And an honest account of how much of it is standing.
