Publish the check, not the promise
Where this
came from.
An archive, a detached signature for it, and eight prompts in Kristen's own words. Every hash below was recomputed at build time, and the one file no registry inside the archive covers is named rather than glossed.
Her words
8 prompts. All of this came from them.
Preserved exactly as the archive preserved them, spelling included. One name is withheld inside a quotation and the redaction is marked where it occurs; nothing else is altered.
what kind of apps could I make for name withheldU1
How would you make it a 10 out of a 10?U2
What other awesome types of this that can help in other industries or similar industries. Could we put one of these type structures into every pro in a box?U3
What else could we do?U4
Let’s do a COO, CFO, CEO, etc. A teacher of forensics examiner, a manager, a Wall Street guy or a girl an entertainment, and international no, I’m sorry intellectual properties and anything like it like tort and civil law. I think those would also be specific something that helps people be healthier and also like mental health and I think I said teacher already for sure actor, and singer. And other ones like these or better ones, maybe a writer and a publisherU5
May I please have everything here in a zip file from the very top to the bottomU6
@Deep research can you make sure that all the files are there? Otherwise can you add more of what I put into this cause you shortened it quite a bit which is fine cause it’s summarized but if you could just add as much of my information back.U7
Can I have all of these files in a zip?U8
The archive
Four questions, not the easy one.

Do the archive's own two registries agree?
The archive carries
CHECKSUMS_SHA256.txt (36 entries) and
MANIFEST.json (35 entries), written by
the same tool and never checked against each other.
0 disagreements where they overlap, and
0 byte-length conflicts against the real
members.
What does neither registry cover?
Each registry omits itself — a file cannot contain
its own hash. The question is whether the other one picks it up.
MANIFEST.json is covered by the checksums file.
CHECKSUMS_SHA256.txt is covered by neither,
so its integrity rests entirely on the detached sidecar Kristen sent separately.
That is the reason a detached sidecar is not redundant, and it is
exactly the finding a check that only asked “did it verify?” would have missed.
The withholding record
4 occurrences, logged where they were.
Recorded so the decision is auditable and reversible. The name itself appears in no generated file — only in the committed archive, which is private and unaltered.
These 4 are the occurrences in the source documents. The archive's own file paths carry the name as well, and those are redacted where the page is rendered rather than where the data is stored — the archive has to stay byte-identical to be evidence. Both boundaries use one published rule, and the build gate greps the finished pages for the bare tokens regardless of which boundary was supposed to catch them.

Every file, every hash
36 members, recomputed at build time.
Paths are shown with the withheld name removed; the hashes are untouched, so every row here still checks against the archive itself. The unredacted paths are inside the archive, which is committed unaltered because it is the evidence — which is why this redaction happens where the page is rendered rather than where the data is stored.

Reproduce it
Run the chain yourself.
python3 scripts/verify-package.py # sidecar, 36 internal hashes, both registries
python3 scripts/ingest.py # 371 lines in, 371 accounted for, or it refuses to write
node scripts/gates/check.mjs # every printed figure against its source
The ingest is the unusual one. It counts every non-blank line of every source document, counts every line it placed into an output block, and exits rather than writing the file if the two numbers differ. Coverage does not prove the material was understood — two Boxes were misfiled as pipelines while coverage sat at 100% — but it does prove nothing was dropped on the floor.
